3rd prelude - in person & online

This course will focus on the third prelude of Shadow Yoga, in particular the linear arrangement, followed by the corresponding asana angahara (arrangement)

It is suitable for those with experience of Shadow Yoga and for thosewith a minimum of three years experience from other schools of yoga.

New to Shadow Yoga

For those with yoga experience, learning Shadow Yoga is like learning a new language.

As you learn a new vocabulary different connections are awakened bringing inspiration to your existing practice.

In Shadow Yoga we focus on physical structure and alignment as well as how to coordinate breathing and movement. For those wanting to start from the beginning this is all taught in the Introductory courses.

Open level classes assume some previous yoga experience
