Introductory Course
An opportunity to learn the basics of Shadow Yoga as outlined in the book Five Elements of Hatha Yoga.
A three month course with the option to join for 1, 2 or 3 modules of 4 weeks. Each module wil focus on a different aspect of the Shadow yoga practice.
Module 1 will focus on the joint warm up sequence and basic stances
Module 2 will work with arm movements and breathing (prana mudra) and introducing coordination of breath with movement
Module 3 will focus on uddiyana bandha and incorporating this into the practice
