Beginners workshop Saturday July 19 2-4.30pm - Karen Watson
This workshop will provide an introduction to yoga with a seminar on the theory behind the yoga practice and a practical class covering the basic joint movements and stances. Cost £20.

Summer Intensive Aug 4 -Aug 15  Mon- Fri 7-8.30am - Karen Watson

The summer intensive will be held over 2 weeks and will cover the Balakrama prelude in the first week and Moving the Shadow in the second week.

Cost £75 /1 week or £125/2 weeks

Shadow Yoga Teacher's Day -John Evans & Karen Watson

The teacher's days are provided to assist those teaching Shadow Yoga and to answer questions that arise from the teaching. These courses are open to teachers and teacher trainees of Shadow Yoga. Sunday June 29 10.30-4.30pm
