SPRING EARLY MORNING INTENSIVE MARCH 22-26 MON-FRI 7-8.30am

This one-week intensive will focus on the second of the Shadow yoga preludes, Chaya Yoddha Sancalanam (Churning of the Shadow Warrior) and the basic asana. The course is suitable for students with some experience of yoga.

This course will focus on Kartikkeya Mandalam, the third Shadow Yoga prelude, and the basic asana and is open to experienced yoga students.
