SUMMER RESIDENTIAL RETREAT 2010

In 2010 the residential yoga retreat will be from Aug 29 - Sept 5 in Devon at http://www.beacon-centre.com. This course is a general level course and is suitable for students with some experience of yoga. The course will focus on the first prelude, the Balakrama, with basic asana with the intention of releasing restrictions which block the inner energy. The retreat provides the opportunity for a deeper transformation in the yoga practice.

This weekend workshop will focus on the first of the Shadow Yoga preludes, the Balakrama and is suitable for students with some yoga experience.

KARTIKKEYA MANDALAM WEEKEND WORKSHOP OCT 23/24

This weekend workshop will focus on the third of the Shadow Yoga preludes - the Kartikkeya Mandalam (Garland of Light) and is suitable for students who are familiar with at least one of the Shadow Yoga preludes.
