Courses are for 6 weeks and cost £60 unless otherwise indicated. The class is held at the same time each week and the date is the start date for each course. Course fees are non-transferable and non-refunadable once the course has begun. Prior to this course fees can be refunded less 20% admin fee if notice is given at least 72 hours before the course starts.

These are a series of four one-off taster classes for beginners that can be attended individually at £12/class or as a group booking of 4 classes £40
NEW AUTUMN COURSE FOR BEGINNERS CLICK HERE TO BOOK
This 8-week course will introduce the basic movements for beginners and will include elements of developing a self-practice at home and in the classes. The course will be held on Tuesday and Friday mornings twice a week for 8 weeks to immerse the student in a regular routine of yoga practice. The course will also require 1-2 hours of home practice/week. Teacher: Karen Watson

BALAKRAMA WEEKEND WORKSHOP SEPT 11-12 CLICK HERE TO BOOK
This weekend workshop will focus on the first of the Shadow Yoga preludes, the Balakrama and is suitable for students with some yoga experience.
Times: Saturday 11 Sept 12-2.30pm & Sunday 12 Sept 10am-12pm

These courses are suitable for students with some yoga experience.

These are drop-in classes and can be paid for singly @ £12/class or in blocks of 6/£60, 8/£72 or 12/£96. Payment by cash or cheque only. Passes are valid for 2 months
INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTION
Students with injuries or specific conditions are taught in the Individual Instruction class. This requires a preliminary assessment followed by a commitment to a six week programme to work with the appropriate yoga practice.
